Oh and I’ve updated the version of PlatonicRobot.com that you get access to when you use that v3.0 home menu. You can finally vote in polls (as long as you have an account) and you can read and post comments in the homebrew database (there is a page for each of my homebrew projects). So click that network button in the bottom right corner of the home menu and go discuss and vote on some junk. The actual site (the version you get when you visit it with a regular web browser) has gotten a few small updates tonight too.
What is NOT included in the pack (AKA my updated to do list):
Swing Ball
Swing Ball 2
Tick Tock Car Race
Tick Tock Boat Race
Tick Tock Zombie Shooter
Tick Tock Tank Fight
Dance Clone
Time Frack 2D
Neo Tanks
Neo Trail
Neo Race
The Untitled Project
Gambol
That Other Pong
They Do Not Die
They Do Not Die 2

Multi View
The Jarred Mind 1
The Jarred Mind 2
The Jarred Mind 3
The World Drowns
Simple Script
32 included and 22 excluded adding up to a total of 55 Wii homebrew projects. I have a tendency to start random things and then quickly abandon them when I lose interest. But I’m going to try and stick to these 55 projects.

Here is an updated version of The Catachthonic for Wii. I’ve added the ability to increase or decrease the players size. You can shrink small enough to fit in a space the size of a single block. You can also now reset the world like you could in the PS3 port.

Here is an update version of The Catachthonic for Wii. It now has lighting and the ability to remove blocks while they are falling (just like the PS3 version) and I’ve removed the dirt from above you and made some optimizations that should improve performance. I don’t remember what it was running at on average in the last release but when there there aren’t any blocks being added/removed/repositioned it runs at a smooth 60 frames per second even after the world has become fairly complex.
Wii controls:
Analog stick = Move
IR pointer = Aim
C = Jump
B = Action
Left and Right = Change action
A = Change view

So I’ve fixed the bug that caused The Catachthonic to crash in certain situations on PS3 and re wrote some other things.
I’ve added on screen text informing you of what kind of ability you have selected, you can now destroy blocks while they are falling, now you can reset everything without needing to exit the game and I also made some changes to the controls.
PS3 controls:
Left analog stick = Move
Right analog stick = Aim
L1 = Switch between first and third person view
R1 = Perform an action
Directional pad = Change what action you will perform
Select = reset the world

Here is the first PS3 release of The Catachthonic (a 3D first/third person game/toy with an interactive environment and a verity of random abilities).
Use the left analog stick to move, right analog stick to aim, X to jump, Circle to switch from first and third person view, Square to perform an action (like raising the ground, spawning a block, spawning a person to follow you, turning on or off slow motion, etc), and use the left and right buttons to change what action you will be performing.
